What is EL-Wire?
EL-Wire is a copper core wire coated in phosphor. Outside of this coated wire are two ultra-thin conductor wires and a colored or clear plastic coating. When an alternating current is run to the copper center wire and the thin outer conductors, the phosphor coating glows!
EL-Wire runs cool, is flexible, and can last for thousands of hours. All EL-Wire will need is an inverter or sequencer (driver) from our Inverter or Sequencer selections to make it run.
